Carbon Collective Helix Anti-Corrosion Spray

Helix Anti-Corrosion Spray is a specifically formulated solution for underbody and rust protection. Helix creates a transparent protective film preventing the formation of rust and corrosion, repelling moisture and halting existing rust on both flat panels and in cavities.

Helix offers simple, efficient and durable underbody protection to any vehicle, from classic cars to motorbikes, 4×4’s to Campers, Motorhomes and industrial vehicles and machinery such as Tractors. Helix helps to prolong the lifetime of your vehicle.

Unlike traditional rust protection Helix isn’t a viscous product, meaning it’s a thinner liquid and easier to apply to any surface, cavity or crevice, helping to protect a larger surface area.

On first application we recommend preparing the vehicle by using our Elixir Salt Remover, removing winter road salt, road grime and gunk, before applying Helix to a clean surface. Helix and Elixir can be integrated into your car care regimen without any extra hassle, masking or additional preparation.

The Finish:

Unlike other underbody products, our Helix Anti-Corrosion Spray cures within minutes, leaving a dry satin finish, and preventing the surface from picking up dust & debris.

Helix is a modern rustproofing solution, as opposed to traditional thick, wet, greasy fluids.

Suitable For:

Helix is safe to apply to the entire vehicle underbody including; alloy metals, steel, plated and painted finishes, suspension, suspension rubbers, rose joints and underbody plastics.

We have also found it useful as a general rust protectant and penetrant, used on garage and garden tools, and exterior metalwork where rust protection is essential.

How to apply (Trigger Spray):

For the best results, we recommend using our Elixir Salt Remover before application.

1. Thoroughly clean the area prior to application, removing loose debris to ensure maximum contact with the surface.
2. Spray on liberally from top to bottom, ensuring the entire surface is evenly covered.
3. In tighter areas, force the liquid into the gaps and cavities, to protect from the inside out.
4. Allow the surface to dry completely before driving in wet conditions.

How to apply (Cavity Nozzle):

1. Remove the existing spray nozzle from the extension hose & replace it with the Cavity Nozzle Trigger.
2. Tighten the nozzle fully then back off the nozzle by a 1/4 turn.
3. Slowly feed the brass injector into the cavity until you feel some resistance.
4. Begin to pump the trigger, as the nozzle dispenses, slowly pull the hose, coating the internal surfaces.
