Krānzle Technical Consultation

Customers are entitled to service. For those that have purchased a Krānzle unit from me, I am happy to provide up to 20 minutes on the phone to help you get your machine setup and sorted. At checkout, use your email address which your purchased your machine with and include your contact phone number and preferred time of contact. I will be in touch and we will schedule a meeting.

Non-Customers. You are welcome to service as well. This service is for people that have purchased a Krānzle outside of Detail Division and need answers to questions from a human being.

Phone consultations can be had for those who have purchased a Krānzle 1622TS outside of Detail Division, and need the technical information, fitting sizes, layout design, and overall overview of setting up a properly functioning system.

With over 20 years of experience with krānzle machines and having guided hundreds of detailers, we can speak directly. Find the problems in your system, guide you to the exact parts required and provide solutions where others just do not have the experience. 

I will send you links to parts from my website and other sources as if we are partners in this, and I have a vested interest in your operation working efficiently and reliably. 

This is a service beyond the scope of a quick question in passing, and with the fee comes first hand valuable information.
