Carbon Collective SHIFT Intensive Cleaner, Glue & Tar Remover

Shift Intensive Cleaner is an intensive cleaner for glue & tar, rubber, trackside prep and restorations. Shift was primarily formulated as a glue & tar remover, however, throughout development we found it could remove more than we ever expected, from underseal/wax oil, tyre rubber, grease, engine oil & grime and gunk buildup. 

This intensive cleaner has been in development since early 2019, continuously evolving, after multiple revisions, and adjustments, it is now available in its final perfected version.

On Tar – Spray Directly, and leave to dwell for a few seconds until a brown liquid can be seen running from the deposit. Using a clean microfibre, wipe to remove the tar. Repeat, if needed.

On Tyres – We have found Shift amazing for removing old dressings, tyre soap & stubborn dirt and grime build-up. Apply to a microfibre cloth until the cloth is saturated, rub across the tyre sidewall, re-apply the liquid until the tyre is clean, and rinse with water to finish.

On Wheel Weight Glue – Removing wheel weight glue is never easy, but Shift will make this task easier than ever before. Spray directly onto the surface, and use a squeegee or plastic blade to remove the foam backing material, once you can access the glue, re-apply and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

On Engine Bay / Mechanical Grease – Shift will easily remove years of grease, oil build-up and grime. Spray directly onto the area, allow to dwell for 1-2 minutes, agitate with a stiff bristle brush if needed, and then rinse to remove.

On Waxoyl/Underseal – On a classic car you often find over-applied waxoyl and underseal products, Shift will remove these with ease. Simply spray directly onto the effected area & wipe with a microfibre cloth, repeating until the desired effect is achieved.

On Tyre/Track Rubber – Spray directly on the area, using a cloth lightly wipe in a lifting motion until the rubber has been removed. 

Warning:

Do not use on vehicle headlights or plastics.

Wear gloves during application.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store out of direct sunlight.

Do not ingest. 

Test a small area before direct application.

You should be using a towel with these that suits the task to then be tossed OR used as a shop rag to wipe up sludge
