Laser Cut Replacement Velcro Backing material for 5” EVO Backing Plates. This is designed to exactly fit the most recent version of the EXCEL plate, but will also work for the first version.
Simply remove all Velcro and dried adhesive from the plate. Prepare the surface with isopropyl alcohol for an absolutely clean surface. Allow to dry before lining up and installing the new Velcro, ensuring the install is without bubbles or misalignment. A 'press' of the velcro to the plate is advised by simply balancing some weight on the plate with the Velcro side face down for a few hours or overnight to further promote adhesion.
